  I ordered pizza about an hour ago (5pm EST), and just called the store to check up on the delivery status. When placing the order online, I was quoted a 39-49 minute wait time. After an hour hit an our Domino's Tracker still didn't even read "Baking" yet, I decided to call.
  
  After being placed on a 5-6 minute hold, I was greeted with a very sarcastic tone and someone stating "Yeah, well, everyone and their mom is ordering pizza right now soo..." He didn't ask me what my order was, or even try to check the status of my pizza. Currently it's raining pretty hard and so I totally understand the need to be patient, and am TOTALLY fine waiting. However, I think it's totally reasonable for me to check on my order.
  
  When I asked for specifics, the employee said "We've been quoting an hour and a half for all orders." I responded, "The website said an hour, I didn't realize. Is there anyway you could tell me if I can expect in the next half hour or not?" He cut me off before I could finish and said "It hasn't been an hour and a half yet. We got you, ok? You'll get your pizza. Good night." And he hung up.
  
  Currently, I'm still waiting on my pizza, as I wasn't even given the opportunity to cancel my order.

  Had a burnt pizza delivered to the house, called to let them know, spoke to 2 people that said they could not help me before the manager. The manager wasn't helpful and when he asked if we wanted it remade or a credit, I said remade, that was when he sounded super inconvenienced and said it would be at least 45 mins, I ended up coming to pick it up when he said "well we are super busy". If the pizza doesn't leave bad in the first place then it won't have to be an inconvenience to us both.

  It's a Domino's. Orders are fairly accurate. Team members are friendly. Seems like some of the other reviews have high end restaurant expectations Lol.

  I have absolutely loved the whole online ordering. Dominos pizza is delicious and they offer good coupons. The staff is always very friendly. The only suggestion that I have is to offer their signed up, dedicated members "a free pizza, dessert or some item when it is their birthday. Especially because I am a dedicated customer and my birthday is May 31. That would just make you the best. Thank you for all that you do. XoXo
