  I used to be an everyday regular customer to this location, but over the last few weeks this place just seems to keep getting worse. They have hired a bunch of new people who has been poorly trained, and not to mention the manager herself can not even make a decent cup of coffee. When I do visit this location I always have to go back inside and have somebody else remake my coffee. After sitting in the drive thru for 15-20 minutes! And never ever order any food from here because it will either be downright disgusting or cold as if it was sitting in the fridge.

  When we pulled up to the drive through we were greeted by "Wait a second." After placing our order the women repeated it back and did not say the specifics of the order back and I just reiterated that the large iced latte was cream no sugar and the girl got a little snippy with me. When I attempted to pay she repeated the order back to me again without the specifics of the order I tried to tell her again to make sure we were on the same page and she was very rude yelling at me and my husband saying that she had just said that. I told her we'd like to just move forward with our order and I did not want to continue arguing with her. While sitting in the drive through I could see her bobbing her head back and forth talking about us to her coworker. Her manager came up and did not apologize and said the girl was upset. Upon giving us our drinks the employee slammed our drinks down and gave us a dirty look. Our orders were not correct as well as not even marked and we decided to just leave anyway. The manager did give us 50% off, however I have never witnessed such awful and mean customer service. Dunkin Donuts should raise their customer service standards.
